The staff were all very welcoming. The hotel was centrally located. There was a lot of places surrounding the hotel to eat and see. The hotel was clean and quiet. If there were any concerns that we had they were addressed immediately.

Very friendly accommodating staff!! Central location, easy walking distance to everything. Breakfast every morning was a great start to the day. We wanted a small fridge and it was delivered immediately. Very quiet enjoyable stay.

The reception staff were super helpful and friendly. They always welcomed me with a smile on their face and even went to the length of researching where to find some uncommon American candy and pointed me in the direction of the shop. I loved the smell of the bathroom toiletries - everything from shampoo to hand lotion!

Hotel’s elevator not working; facade of hotel is scaffolded as under construction; restaurant services not available and had issues with hot water in room (supply stopped for one day as boiler repaired) and then water temperatures tepid.

Staff were nice and the room was spotless. Loads of great restaurants within walking distance. (And I mean LOADS!!!!) Area can be a wee bit sketchy in the evenings but it is well lit. Just be aware if your surroundings. Hotel has security staff at night.
