Love this hotel!

The staff was so friendly and had a room ready to go when I arrived. The room was clean and tidy. There’s a grocery store nearby which is awesome for snacks or waters. Although they do provide water upon arrival which is nice! My go to stay in the city especially for an event at Oracle Park or Chase Center

The hotel is new and clean and has a fabulous rooftop bar. The rooms were not exactly like in the photos and described online. Our room had no window and felt cramped. That was disappointing but the room had two king beds which was nice! The room service wasn’t the best. A cute little robot delivered my latte and a scone but it wasn’t great. The best part of the experience was the staff! Especially the car valets. My battery died in my car overnight and it took a couple of guys to get into the car and start it up. I was so thrilled that they did that for me and didn’t give up. I truly appreciated that and think they went above and beyond for me. I would stay again but make sure I have a room with a window. The rooms were expensive and not worth the price without at least a window for some air. The hotel is very convenient to Chase Center and Oracle Park.
