Enjoyed the fresh clean feel of everything. Staff was excellent; well trained and accommodating. Great Spanish restaurant/bar with rooftop dining. The location is perfectly walkable for other food and drink options, including an upscale food truck park with open seating and group seating areas for a bit of a private experience…and a truly fantastic bakery nearby that I am now obsessing over. Go Giants! You can walk there in 4 minutes.

It was an overall great stay. The room was spacious and clean. Everyone was very friendly. If you're going to a baseball game this is super close by. It also has a couple park areas that are great for walking around. Definitely highly recommend!

I just loved loved the customer service here. From valet with Steve to check in to the help I got from manager Rick. The hotel was beautiful and just so convenient. I had my girls over for a little bacholarette reunion and Cavaña upstairs was blasting the best music. It was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had.

BEST DECISION EVER

We booked a mini staycation to watch Kendrick Lamar at Oracle. BEST DECISION EVER! The hotel is a short walk away from the park. It was easy to just walk over and walk back. There's lots of places to eat and public transportation is a breeze. I'd definitely do this again! After the concert, there were people monitoring elevators to make sure the wait to get back to the room wasn't long. The staff is friendly and the rooms were clean. My only advice is for the hotel slippers to come in men's sizes.

This was very close to public transportation and extremely convenient. The staff went out of their way to assist us with directions and suggestions. Arwen is an asset to the hotel as well. She was phenomenal.

We loved our stay at the LUMA Hotel San Francisco. The staff is amazing. Everyone we interacted with was attentive and kind. The hotel is close to everywhere we needed to be. It’s in a great area. And we loved being so close to Oracle Stadium for our concert. The beds were great and comfy!
