Are stay was great. We had Superior room with bunk bed & private bathroom. Lots of places to eat around it. Just don't walk West because 2blks west is DT/Tenderloin. So if you're a tourist you do not want to go down to that area.

Good use of space with the bunk beds, it was adequate for my type of trip. Bathroom sink was separate from bathroom in my suite, different. Bring house/shower slippers because the floors seemed questionable.

I had a really good experience with this hotel. The place was clean, nice staffs, safe, convenient to the places I went to, and I enjoyed their coffee machine. Highly recommend it!

This was a nice Hotel for a quick stay overall. Located very close to Union square made it very enjoyable and convenient. Once you get past the fact that there is homeless everywhere, this really isn’t a bad hotel. Staff was friendly and did a great job with accommodating me.
