Clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, nice location as a starting point for exploring San Francisco. This is a really nice motel that I will consider booking for the future. The complimentary parking is also an excellent plus.

I really liked the convenient location of this motel. Walking distance to restaurants and Fisherman’s Wharf. The room was clean but did not smell good. When we turned the heater on, it smelled like urine. The manager said it was because it had not been turned on yet. So we let it run while we were out and the smell went away. The street outside the hotel is busy and noisy but, again, it’s close to restaurants on Union St so you don’t need to drive.

Room in very good condition. Staff was very nice. *** Unfortunately, woke up to very loud door slamming for over an hour at 6:30 am.. Employees were going in and out of adjacent laundry room.***

Motel is a great value! It was recently renovated, so everything is new. Rooms were clean. (Free!) parking was easy and secure. Office staff friendly. Great location and value. Since it is located on Lombard, there is a lot of loud traffic noise, so request a room away from the street.

We really enjoyed staying here. The rooms were nice and clean. Pictures online make the rooms seem a bit bigger but we made due just fine. I would’ve appreciated hooks around the room in places because there was no where to hang coats or bags besides the very small area for hanging a few items of clothing. No dresser or anything so a place to hang a few things would’ve been nice. But over all, awesome location, great staff, and nice rooms.
