Clean room. Small, but well furnished and comfortable. Great location in walking distance of Union Square. Easy check-in and check-out. Staff are courteous. Megan, our bartender was warm and engaging; very generous with her pours. The Fino Restaurant is phenomenal, both in food and service. The gnocchi is a must! The continental breakfast was good.

Nice little boutique hotel. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was a nice little treat, and the unlimited coffee was a plus. Walking distance to union square and all the amenities. And for everyone concerned about the homeless, there’s homeless in every inch of SF, even outside the fanciest of hotels.
