Lovely, friendly small hotel

The neighborhood is somewhat off-putting, but staying at the Warwick was worth it. The staff was friendly, and we were offered free drinks at the bar at the end of each day. The rooms were quite spacious for the price -- and well laid out. I'd happily stay there again.
