I booked the airport shuttle bus by phone in advance. I waited for a long time but the bus didn't come, so I called the hotel 5 times but no one answered. I came to the hotel by Uber. When I complained to the front desk, they said they couldn't make a reservation. I played a recording of the call when I made the reservation. I was very disappointed

Breakfast was canceled during my stay, they said due to low number of people, this is one of the reasons I stayed at your hotel is for the free/complementary breakfast, so I can go straight to my meetings without stopping somewhere for coffee and something small to eat.

The front of staff was amazing upon arrival was very straight forward and no issues whatsoever. The room was great plenty of space and spotless and the amenities that the room had to offer was great!
