Completely horrible. Staff friendly. But worst pest problems I've ever seen. Spiders everywhere. I had 2 rooms both (infested), switched rooms after complaining (also infested).i will never stay there again.

Front desk staff were all incredibly kind and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. The space has clearly been redecorated so the gray and silver furniture with red pillows and red accent walls were classy. We loved the decor! And…The price was good for us! Unfortunately… The hotel is a whole is pretty rundown outside of things being newly decorated. We wish they had made it clear that if you want a pool towel, you must go to the front desk on the way to the pool. All the doors lock behind you around the pool, so after you’re done and have no towel, you have to walk dripping wet all the way around the building and go back into the front to get back in.There are a lot of anti-theft policies… All of the dumbbells had been stolen out of the fitness room. Most annoying was when we asked for late checkout they told us that we would be charged $25 an hour! We left on time.

My son booked the hotel for his graduation. As we parked, beautiful scenery full of plants and convenient parking (handicapped section). As we walked to the lobby we received a warm welcome (thank you Jesse) and the check-in was quick and easy. During the night shift their next check-in rep . ( Thank you Robert) was so friendly, nice and helpful. At the last minute we extended our stay, the booking was a smooth transaction by via phone ( thank you Starr). My room was cleaner daily ( shout out to the cleaning crew!). For my next visit , I will definitely book again at the La Hacienda San Jose Silicon Valley ! Felt like my second home … Highly recommended!!! Next time you are looking for a hotel, book here and you will have a great experience !!!

The staff was very nice & friendly. The pool was nice but the hot tub was barely warm and could have been a little cleaner. It was breezy so i understand all the leafy debris. They definitely need larger pool towels.
