I stayed here for my trip while in Puerto Rico for the bad bunny residency. I booked the ocean front 2 queen room . Room itself was great and the view was amazing. We had a balcony as well. However, my low rating is due to staff and service. Stayed here for 4 nights not once was our room serviced. I had to call front desk to request towel exchange and even then it was hard to get someone on the phone. First time the towels never arrived and had to call again when. I was able to catch house keeping one day and had to request service and even then all they did was put new soap in the bathroom and took the trash didn’t bother with the beds sheets or towels. Front desk staff was rude and unwelcoming the women have an attitude and won’t even look at you while talking to you. If you ask them a question they give attitude and very short. Valet staff was a lot nicer and one specific guy i wish i got his name was the sweetest and welcoming since the moment my friend and i arrived and was a pleasure to speak to him everytime we saw him. The valet drop off is convenient for uber pick up/drop off. The walkable beach area was nice as well but very small definitely gets super busy fast during the day. But overall I wouldn’t stay here again.
