Room spotless, manager friendly and helpful, and there are now adjustable window locks that permit safely keeping the window cracked open at night. This made it easier to sleep well. Wish more motels would do this. Comfortable bed. Easy parking. Perfect location.

Haha, continental breakfast was coffee and a granola bar. But, you don't book a hotel for the breakfast. We usually stay elsewhere when visiting Cal Poly. The price was about half of where we typically stay so tried out. Not exactly modern, but very clean. Staff was super pleasant, asked for upstairs room and 100% accommodating. Parking on premises was more than adequate, especially for SLO. Bed was fine, slept great. Seriously, zero complaints, would absolutely stay again.
