We love embassy suites always true to stay here .. Hilton points plus bedroom sep from workspace is a bonus and little kitchen in case we need it!! This particular one is only 4 floors and they have a sort of side hall with rooms out of the main circle… they tried to put us in there but it was dark and closed off with a seperate fire door… I didn’t like feeling isolated so declined and they us near the elevator (which was always crowded and had to wait for it to come down (we were on the second floor thinking that would get us a faster elevator but … it wasn’t too bad. Breakfast was the typical fare with the added perk of delicious handmade custom omelet! But we arrived right at the end and sadly the place closed up at the exact second the hours were over … I wish they had at least left the coffee and drinks open for those who got there near the end and were still eating when all the doors slammed shut. Our waitress who was cleaning up after was very kind and helpful she was from Peru- forget her name but she was cheerful and made our meal a little less weird since everyone else disappeared. We will stay there again. It was overall nice, a good price and it even had a little balcony where we could keep an eye on our car. Overall grade: A- and a keeper! KR. Miami Fla.

We had good memories of our stay with our children 15 years ago. This time was quite disappointing. The staff was surly, and there was actual friction with two of them. The property is situated in an aging mall, which has been abandoned buildings and homeless people wandering the area. There have been cutbacks at the hotel, and we were told it is owned by an absentee franchishor.

Hotel staff was amazing - check in was so easy. the rooms need updating. The bathtub in room 126 is falling apart and the bottom of the tub is peeling and there is no stopper or plug so we couldn't bath our kids which was disappointing. The couch pillows are stained and the walls in the front room need to be wiped down. The furniture looked fairly new and everything else was fine.

The rooms all have an extra sitting area with couch and table and door between that and the bedroom. Great for multiple people! Loved the atrium area to gather and breakfast was delicious with fresh omelets and lots of options. We also enjoyed cocktail hour with chips and salsa. Best hotel ever!
