Room was clean and nice. Unfortunately, kids ( baseball teams) were allowed to run in the halls , talking loudly and playing at ice machine ( by my room). Calls to front desk did not help.

Nice location and charging stations available. San Luis Obispo is charming and it's a reasonable walk to downtown from this hotel. Uphill coming back, but not very steep. Plenty of dining choices from very casual (Frank's hot dogs) to elegant.bed comfy and room good sized and clean.

Don’t ask to speak to the manager on a Sunday because there’s no manager working on Sunday.
$500 a night. I booked for 2 nights to have somewhere between 11 am checkout and 4 pm check in. This is what they gave one of only a few people who were there on a Sunday afternoon.

I had a fantastic stay at La Cuesta Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a truly relaxing experience. The service was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. One of the highlights was the included breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. It was fresh, satisfying, and added to the overall value of the stay. If you're looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay, I highly recommend La Cuesta Inn!

The worst experience I've ever had. The walls are paper-thin—you can literally hear every conversation from the neighboring room throughout the night, including very loud and inappropriate noises from couples. It was incredibly uncomfortable and embarrassing to be woken up by that sound at 2:30 a.m. On top of that, there was a moth in the room, and the sink was clogged! Not worth over $300!
