The room was clean and comfortable, showing some age but nice. The room location was next to the breakfast area and it got a bit noisy after 7:30. Check-in/out was quick and easy.

Well, it was one of our favorite places to stay because we love the roman spa. However, this time we both had a horrible allergic reaction, burning eyes, sneezing, coughing, and itchy. The spa was much greener than we have ever seen it. I know that it was the spa because after we showered it diminished. When I told the front desk they said they were sorry but it gets checked every hour so its fine. We also had a very rude greeting by a woman who was obviously getting off of a long day. Her words to us were someone will be with you in a mooment, no eye contact - no smile - no anything other than she was obviously ready to go home. Also the wine and cheese reception is no longer which is a bummer, and the breakfast was missing the nutella.- minor but since I was writing the review, I thought I would include it. We also requested a room looking out to the rock and paid for that , but did not receive it and the response was - I don't know who said that but your room is here and we cant change that.

Ended up leaving, room smelled like sewer. Asked to change rooms none available. Front desk receptionist was so rude improffessional. Giving short answers and was no help. Admitted room smelled like sewer and did not know why?? Why would you even rent out room if this has not been adressed or fixed. Just an "Cant figure out why???" Would never say ever again. Someone so rude should not be the first person you encounter checking in.

Unable to check in early after a long drive and had to wait until 3. Came back at 3 waiting for room to be cleaned. Room was upstairs and once we arrived, the view of the rock was completely blocked by a tree. There was no AC and room was hot! Ceiling fan turned very slow and didn't give much movement. My son found a fan in the closet. We were not told there was one in the room. It helped move around the hot air. Jacuzzi area looked a bit grimy under the water. I chose not to swim.

I was a little disappointed as I have been coming here for years but this year the property felt very dated. The bed hurt your back and if you wore white socks which I did once you walked on the floor for a short time my socks were black on the bottom very disgusting.

Clean but will not return

Limited check in hours. No help desk after 9pm, they just respond with a text saying you’ve reached the front desk after hours. Not enough parking despite having to have a parking pass. No AC, just an information sheet saying open a window or turn on the fan. No Internet access unless you have a password from the front desk, which isn’t open after 9pm.
