Quiet, very clean and in a good location. Did not get the room we reserved, but was fine, the one we got instead did not have the kitchenette but did have a mini fridge which is all we really needed. Staff was totally hands off. Never met anyone from the property. Our paperwork was in our room when we arrived and we dropped it in a mail drop when finished. Would have liked some fresh cups for the room but it seemed it would have been a hassle.

Great location. About 2 blocks from restaurants and shops. Staff is friendly and accessible. Clean room and comfy beds. Bathroom is a bit small if you have a larger family. Would definitely stay again.

The pictures online are Extremely deceiving!! Nothing worked in our room electrically most of the bulbs were burnt out and bathroom was moldy.

This is one of my favorite places to stay in Morro Bay. I love the location and the rooms are quaint with lots of amenities like fans, space heaters and TV tray. Love hearing the sea gulls and seals from the room when the windows are open.

This is a cute, quaint motel. Very close to ocean and walkable to everywhere downtown Morro Bay. I had a late check in. I appreciated the office staff who called to let me know that my key would be placed in a lock box since I would check in after 5 pm when the office closed. The heavy-set woman who was in the office was not very friendly during my limited contacts with her. It appeared that she also cleaned the rooms, as well. All in all - a good stay for the budget.

Not as advertised. Much smaller than expected. No attendant or front desk MOST of the time. Gas stove had to be lit with a match. No a/c. All windows had to be left open. Everything was at least 40 yrs old. Location was good.

Location is very central, and i loved the size of the bed! Biggest bed ive ever had haha. It was very convenient to have a well equipped kitchenette too, traveling with an infant who needed formula
