Beautiful property, with amazing views! There are several fire pits, two spas with one being adults only. Large grassy area with cornhole. Great for families with kids. Love that you can grab breakfast and either sit out on the main patio or take it back to your room and enjoy from your own balcony which all have great views. We can’t wait to visit again!

Our off season vacation spot

We come to this hotel every year during the off season. We love the price, service, and experience we have every time. The only improvement i would suggest is having our room available on time. We have had to wait to check-in several times. We understand people don't check out on time so its not a huge deal.

Expedia lied to me when I booked ocean front suites and I paid way over charged the hotel told me because I booked through Expedia not directly from the hotel the room they offered me was not what I expected and was partially ocean view unless I had to pay more, therefore they charged me extra money besides l was paid over . I need someone to contact me and explain why Expedia lied to their customers and I won’t book through Expedia again unless you guys contact me and refund some money what I paid. I’m really very disappointed.

WiFi kept dropping, water pressure was low, room service wasn’t functional, shower drain was slow draining so you standing in ankle deep water when you shower, and the shower rod was falling off the wall

Nice hotel but in need of more attention and maintenance. We booked 2 rooms. One room was perfect. But the other room had issues with the keys getting demagnetized a few times. Even when the front desk replaced them and no one sets them next to their cellphones, they get demagnetized. It was a pain going back and forth to front desk to have them re-set. When we were about to go to bed, we found out the thermostat wasn't working but it was too late to have someone come to fix it because the baby was already asleep. Breakfast was very busy. Long lines and the one server couldn't keep up. They also couldn't keep up with refilling the coffee dispenser.
