Loved the view from the ocean facing rooms and the walking path behind the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't allow pets in ocean view rooms, no micro, no ice machine, no restaurant, and 3 miles from the Pismo Beach Pier which isn't within walking distance. We were surprised to find out that they added occupancy taxes to a pet fee which was very disappointing to learn upon checkout.

We enjoyed the fire pit and the tranquil atmosphere we also enjoyed the comfortable bedding, Internet access, cleanliness of the entire room, accessibility to charge multiple devices. It was a lovely experience. We will definitely return to this property again and recommend it as well.

We got a deluxe room thunking it would be a nice room but it sucked it didnt have nothing special to be considered any type of deluxe the room was old and dingy i really wasnt happy with the room but other than that we were close to all the good food and close to avila

Not much to like . It’s very outdated . I asked for a room with a balcony , it was not the best view , it was full of dirt , and all not what the web page shows it to be . Over price for the condition of the rooms .!
