Everything was perfect the reception staff were very helpful. The room was very well equipped with everything you need including USB & USBC points each side of the bed. The property and room were wonderful. There were multiple places to sit, never an issue to find a chair. The room, a suite, was great. Always clean and well maintained. The food was wonderful, but having the chance to swap out at least one dinner at the Italian restaurant would help to break up the many meals in a row at the buffet. This was one of the best vacations we have had and would definitely return.

We’ve just returned from a fantastic week at the lovely Barceló Tenerife, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we upgraded to Royal Level, which was absolutely worth it — the food was some of the best we’ve ever experienced on an all-inclusive holiday (most of my photos ended up being of the food!). The hotel itself was spotless throughout, with a great selection of high-quality drinks. Its location is also ideal — within walking distance to local bars and shops, and only around a 10-minute drive from the airport, making transfers quick and easy. What really made our stay special was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive — a real credit to the hotel. There’s also a wide range of activities available for all ages, making it a great choice whether you’re travelling as a couple, with friends, or as a family. I really enjoyed the candle making
