Loved the decor and atmosphere was the perfect restful.place after a chaotic time at Great Wolf Lodge. Only issue was the toilet plumbing was making a loud noise all.night and I could not sleep. I called about it at 4am finally and a manager was supposed to call me back. 2nd night it was resolved so they probably fixed.

The staff...great! The food...Great! However we were disappointed that Christmas programs were curtailed. We have celebrated Christmas with our family for 3 years here. Also we requested at reservation and upon arrival to have all 3 rooms in the same wing. Unfortunately we were in 3 seperaye buildings. Literally there were 10 cars in the parking lit so this request should have been accomplished.
