They put me in a room or toward the back but everything worked just fine. Comfortable furniture were OK. It’s a place I would go back to.

The room was missing one of the TVs because they were in the middle of changing out TVs. I was told, but the rest of the property was nice and clean watering. The shower came out hot. I would go back again.

Based on the reviews I was expecting a decent hotel experience. The hotel is old and musty. The room seems updated but had a strange order. The hotel is not clean nor is it kept up. The second floor is buckling, creating an uneven foundation (very dangerous). We did not feel safe. We checked out within 3 hours and found a safer, cleaner hotel.

Good clean place, good P/V ratio

The bed is pretty comfort, the space is good, service is fine, could be more warm but acceptable, the parking space is too crowded, breakfast is fine, it serves with eggs, sausages not just muffins. The only thing bothers me is the shower head need some fix. Overall, a very good place to stay.

Terrible!!!

Terrible terrible customer service! And very unfriendly. Very unwelcoming. Terrible breakfast!! On the second day, they ran out of sausage. No meat. No lotion . No hair conditioner . No body wash Room service is only every 7 days. For two days our dirty towels were left on the floor. Nobody to pick them up and deliver clean towels. Nobody to take the garbage out. Heater/air conditioner doesn’t work properly. It makes loud noises. Blows out barely any air at all. Then it gets super loud and blows out a lot of air. Inconsistent

The area was a little sketchy with a lot of long term residents. The mattress was so thin, I could feel the springs. View was of the 55 freeway. I would not stay here again.

Overall everything was great. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Little lining area was also homey and comfortable. Breakfast was good compared to other places. Eggs, hash browns, sausages, and pancakes; there’s also cereals, coffee, soda, juices, and milk. You have the option to dine in the area or ask for a Togo box. Not close from Disney but not far either. Definitely stay here again. Even though the airport was near the sound was minimal or at least it didn’t bother me as much. I would have given this place a 5 stars except we did not have room service once’s and trash accumulated. Didn’t call to get it serviced either but in our 3 night stay no one came to do room service. Other than that everything was perfect. Customer service was ok but not bad either.

We were locked out of our room 2 nights in a row, the lady at the front desk is so unprofessional and rude, I had my elder mother, and 2 kids locked out in the cold weather because the door lock was faulty, I had to go to the front desk two times, also good luck finding parking, stay away from this place, there are lots of options.
