The staff were very professional, helpful and pleasant. The room was clean, large and very common. The breakfast was a full buffet and well stocked. The staff in the dining room were very pleasant and helpful.

Could have been better. Room was a bit damp, found out there was a towel in one of the drawers along with ketchup packs left by a previous guest. Who knows how long that was left there but I asked a women at the front desk the next morning to please get it taken care of. Didn’t get done! Absolutely no excuse nor an apology given.
