Location is perfect for exploring, dining and experience. The room was nicely appointed and comfortable. The only negative is there is no sound proofing. Very easy to hear loud neighbors through the walls in other rooms and in the courtyard. As such we did not sleep well at all

We’re family of 11 and stayed in 3 family suites. Jeremiah, a real nice person, helped us assign to the same building close to the main lobby. Other Milo staff are equally impressive when it comes to customer service. They are very attentive to our needs. Patios are so nice and cozy for the family to hang around especially at night. We truly enjoy our family Thanksgiving holiday at Milo.

I loved my ocean view room. It was adorable, clean and comfortable. Valet was a breeze. The entire staff was so friendly. I appreciated how the lobby provided filtered water. The pool was cute. And I enjoyed a glass of wine next to the fire pit at night.

The staff was wonderful and so kind. Everything is very pet-friendly. The room was clean and a great size with the most comfortable bed/mattress I've ever slept on. The view from my room was incredible. The only negative I experienced was that the wifi was very slow in the room and it would take a long time for things to load, but I wasn't there for business so I didn't really need it. I would definitely stay here again.

*The hotel is advertising this room as having a sea view and charging almost double compared to their other rooms. In reality, the room is directly on a main street, and the noise from the cars is so intense that the bed literally shakes every time a vehicle passes. It’s impossible to sleep. The air conditioner is even louder than the street noise, so turning it on doesn’t help either. The shower is also very poorly designed — the water pressure is extremely weak, and the shower door is constructed in a way that you can easily catch or injure your fingers between the glass and plastic frame. It feels unsafe. Overall, the room does not match the description or the price, and the noise level makes it unusable for rest.

Clean and spacious room. The walls were a bit thin, so it wasn’t super quiet when people would walk by or cars would pass through the parking lot, but besides that it was amazing! Really cute Boutique type of hotel. Front desk was easy to get a hold of as well.

This was a cute spot to be at for our 3 day getaway for our anniversary. We booked the ocean view room which was beautiful. I would have given 5 stars but the room was right next to the Main Street and we heard all the cars passing by. I can only imagine during the busier months. But other than that the staff was absolutely amazing and when our water wasn’t warming up, they were ready to get it fixed right then and there. Just took a long time for the water to warm up. They had smores every night and multiple bon fire pits. We ended one of our nights by the fire w snores and wine. I would definitely rebook but maybe not an ocean view room.
