We didn’t have high expectations. Room is dated but courtyard is very cute, hot tub was welcome feature after a long day, staff very friendly and breakfast was good.

Easy walk to the Amtrak station, downtown State St and pier. However the hotel does not have a restaurant or bar, and a good restaurant within walking distance was difficult. Hotel clean, somewhat dated but had a beautiful courtyard, clean pool and spa. Staff super helpful and so friendly.

We loved our stay at Inn by the Harbor! The staff was so welcoming and gave us great recommendations. They took the time to really understand the point of our visit and paid great attention to detail. It was so quiet and peaceful; we slept great! Everything from checking in to parking was super easy.

My friends stayed in the handicap room, which was wonderful; however, one is wheelchair-bound and the mattress was too high. These friends called ahead and asked for appropriate size. The grounds staff were extremely helpful in swapping out the mattress the next day. However, my friend had to try and sleep in a loveseat sized chair.

The staff were very friendly, the place is very pretty, there is a nice walking path nearby and while walking on it you can hear a lot of frogs. They offered complementary bike loans, and movies. Our movie watching technology didn't seem to work, and we didn't want to ask for help, because we were tired and in our pjs, but they probably would have fixed it if we had asked. Would stay again. Breakfast was nice.

The pictures make it look way better than what it is. The pool and hot tub were smaller then what the pictures showed. Were very dirty! The kids still had fun at least. I booked two queen beds and they were differently not queen beds! More like double beds. Which made it very uncomfortable to sleep in. It was only a one night stay and that was long enough. I won’t be picking this place next time.
