I came in with 2 other persons and there was only 2 towels and a hand towel, but no floor towel or wash cloths. The shower, the water leaks out on the floor. Beds were comfortable though.

Simply.. it was a place to stay.. no breakfast.. no pool due to covid.. lol.. not necessarily the cleanest place in the world.. but offered a great price compared to most hotels

No air in room, there was food from last guest left in fridge, room had a funny smell, the staff was rude, there was barking dogs the whole time we stayed. Not relaxing at all, felt like you had to be o alert the whole time. Will never go back and anyone else should pay the little bit extra and go anywhere but here.

The room was big and spacious. Everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable—big bathroom and lots of hot water for the shower. Free coffee in the lobby. It's a very good bargain. On the downside, they say the pool and gym were closed due to COVID. This is 2025, hard to believe, I think they just don't have the money to fix it. The place is old but they keep it up pretty well. A shoutout to Tracy at reception for finding me a ground-floor room. I'm an older guy, and my knees don't do stairs very well. Not to mention dragging my suitcase upstairs!

Rooms are huge and very roomy, beds are comfortable and clean. Staff is friendly and you can’t beat the price. Please ask your cleaning staff to use Murphy’s Wood Soap or something that cleans well and leaves no strong tacky odors. Besides, there was a recall on Fabuloso. Some kind of bacteria. Real bad for you and makes it hard to breathe. Whenever we stay there we have to air out the room for a few hours. (Besides, when I smell strong odors like that it makes me wonder if they use that to cover up the fact that they are not really cleaning. I know our room wasn’t vacuumed. But at least the bed and towels and sheets were clean!)

It was not as bad as I thought it was going to be. Remember, you get what you pay for. Front staff was very friendly and it was quiet. Wish they had creamer for the coffee but hey free coffee can’t complain. Didn’t really need the AC-we opened the window, but yes it did work. The room was clean.

Room was large. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. No breakfast served was disappointing. The microwave in the room was not plugged in. Needed to move it to plug in and get it to work. Just a few bumps otherwise enjoyed the accommodation
