Room was spotless absolutely clean with a fresh scent upon entrance. spotless restroom and shower. The furnishing is excellent with a big screen TV and many channels to choose from. The room is well lit, and the atmosphere is very subtle and quiet. Super comfortable bed with clean white sheets. work desk and chair were super comfortable for work on my laptop. I'm a clean freak and definitely recommend this location. super friendly gentleman at the check-in counter. Easy check in & out. I will definitely be back!

We were passing through the area to go from Morro Bay to So Cal and didn't want to spend an arm and a leg at an expensive swanky hotel, but still wanted to be in a good location. This place fit the bill. It was clean, very well situated location-wise, and the proprietor was such a nice guy! My husband accidentally left a couple of items hanging in the closet and the proprietor went to the trouble to package them and take them to the post office upon our request. He even trusted us to reimburse him after the fact. Super cool. If you go to Town and Country Inn, have dinner at Harry's down the road- I HIGHLY recommend it. We walked there from the hotel. Make a reservation though. It can be super busy.

Very clean. Was newly remodeled but had no hangers yet. Adequate parking. Bathroom window needed to be propped open but good exhaust fan in the bathroom. Some traffic noise but kept the room fan on and slept all night

Been to a few budget friendly hotels in Santa Barbara and this hotel is the cleanest, well maintained rooms out of all of them. Bed was very comfortable as if it was new, rooms are very quite since u can park your car right in front of your room and cant hear any vehicles or traffic..will definitely stay again
