Hotel has great history and character. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Can't beat the location. Rooms were a bit small and dated. Needs an update. Electrical outlets were very worn...plug wouldn't even stay in.

We weren’t told the central heating was turned on so when we tried to turn on the AC the only thing that came out was heat so we were miserable all night. We left the windows open but after the bars closed all we heard were people yelling so we couldn’t sleep until 4am. It wasn’t a good stay for us. We thought staying in the plaza would be nicer but if you don’t want to deal with drunk people I suggest staying away from the plaza to get better sleep.

Lovely room with views of the mountains. The sunrise was extraordinary! The reception staff were so kind too. The hotel is simple but beautiful. I loved it.

The room was very clean. The sink in the room did not work upon arrival. Must have been being worked on because it was OK the next day. Bed was great, didn't use shower as only there one night. Light above nightstand was very hard to turn. No ice bucket in room, no Kleenex (always in room and it turns out I needed it). I loved the location and ambiance. Staff was super nice and accommodating and the bar had a great vibe.

Gorgeous period hotel where you will dwell in the lap of luxury. And they are dog friendly. Lovely and helpful staff and rocking cocktails at bar. Loved it!!!

Very cute place. Great vibes. Room was warm and I couldn’t get the hvac to cool it down at all. Lamps have very tiny turn knobs that I couldn’t get to turn off so I just unplugged it. Overall would recommend.

Beautiful Hotel and excellent location. Shout out to Gabriel at the front desk. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants. The wine tasting room and bar within the hotel are top notch. Hector crafted us some chocolate martinis that were over the top!

My stay at the St Francis was very enjoyable. Yes the room is on the small side but it was well appointed. Wonderfully comfortable king size bed and Italian bed linens. It was the perfect spot to end busy days of walking and sightseeing because of the great location and peaceful lobby. Front desk attendants were very friendly and helpful.
