Very friendly staff. Rooms are cozy and clean. Shuttle service is provided which is very convenient. Many places are within walking distance so either way walking or shuttle it is easy to get around. Our trip was to short but will definitely be back. The hotel lobby is so comfortable and cozy with nice furniture and warm fires and calming music playing in the background. Very peaceful place to enjoy reading, visiting or just relaxing.

Beautiful hotel. Large room (suite in Hacienda) with comfortable seating area and comfortable bed. Nice balcony too. Fireplace - although gas only sadly. However continental breakfast and wine/cheese happy hour were in a lounge area with a real wood fire (loved). Restaurant was also very nice and had a great happy hour menu. Beautiful art throughout the hacienda building. Only issue was the elevator was out and apparently takes months to fix. The staff helpful us with luggage however.

All of the staff were outstanding! Especially Tony. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. We stayed in the spa wing. The bed was comfortable and the shower was awesome. We enjoyed the lounge for continental breakfast and happy hour. The hotel shuttle is a great amenity and the drivers were super friendly. Great spa as well. Best hotel experience we’ve had in a very long time. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a great place to stay. We stopped on our way back to Colorado from Las Vegas for our anniversary. The check-in experience was great. We walked to downtown Santa Fe and hit the shops and historic churches in the area. We got back to a great complimentary happy hour with drinks and hour-devours. We spent some time in the hot tub and had an excellent nights sleep. Woke up the next morning to a great complementary breakfast with a juicer. Kevin our butler, Tony and Lubo were great hosts for hourdvours and breakfast. The only thing we noticed is that the bed squeaked maybe the springs need some oil. The fireplace in the room was a nice touch and kept the room very warm. Overall a great stay.
