This property has horrible customer service. We had a reservation for 5 nights but they cancelled 2 of the nights of our stay because they booked the hotel out for a private party. We were only notified one week in advance and had to relocate hotels in the middle of our trip. We were not compensated for the inconvenience. The check in process was also horrible. Check in time was 4pm and we did not get the keys to our room until closer to 6pm. Other than that the rooms are comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts. Great place for kids.

4 stars for the specific categories you asked about, but 5 stars overall because we just really enjoyed being there. Not perfect but so much fun! In particular, re table service in the restaurant, the individual servers were great but the system needs to be improved. We didn't know if we were supposed to get full service or order at the counter and carry out items to our table, so it was awkward. A small matter in an otherwise delightful stay.

We love The Flamingo Resort!!! Our stay was perfect. However, check in was not. We asked for early check in, which we didn’t get. That was fine, no problem. Check in is at 4pm and we totally expected to get our room at that time. We asked numerous times if our room was ready and finally at 6.50pm it was ready. Not ideal when you have a toddler!!

We enjoyed our stay. New renovations are nice. Only downside was the pool was SO packed & busy. We couldn’t even get a lounge chair. We got our $50 resort fee refunded (which was very nice) since we couldn’t even sit or use the pool. The new restaurant was amazing, staff was friendly. It was noisy at night- alot of kids running around & yelling (hello summer break.) definitely request a top floor if you go on a romantic getaway.

This is my 3-4 time staying. I love this hotel. Staff, amenities, dining. Pool is so fun if it’s just yourself, a couple or a family with kids. The staff is so nice and helpful. We’ve stayed in different buildings and they are all different condition wise. I do love the mid century style!

Our room wasn't ready for us to checking until 6 pm (check in is at 4 pm). I can see the cleaning staff working very hard, but they were probably understaffed. In fact, staff in all areas (front desk, pool, restaurant, cleaning) were friendly and helpful. It's a fun place for families, but not worth the price if you are paying full fare (look for discounted days)

Great place to stay! It has everything for a family or friends trip. The pool is gorgeous, he food at the restaurant was out of this world good along with the cocktails. Highly recommend.

It felt like the staff couldn’t handle the number of guests that were staying / coming. Our room wasn’t cleaned until 6:30 pm after being gone since 7 am. It also took check in over an hour to find my reservation.

They are in the process of remodeling so it’s important to ask for a newer room. The pool area is great with lots of seating. The management was very helpful in resolving an issue with our room (it was an old room with gross carpet) we were moved to a remodeled room. The food at the restaurant is great and the outdoor seating has a great vibe. Great hotel for the price.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at, it's a vibe, for sure! The staff is friendly and accommodating. Drinks from the bar were great with a reasonable price point and the pool is huge. Also, the beds are super comfortable as are the pillows and the towels are soft. Overall I highly recommend!
