To large and empty

The hotel is large and parking is no where around a marked entrance. The entrances are small and well hidden. The room comes with over $50 of fees per day that are not disclosed. In all there are better alternatives in the area.

It looks so pretty on the website, and the grounds are nice; however it backs up to a walking trail that is heavily populated by the homeless. Also, there is absolutely no food provided at the hotel. The restaurant was closed. Thankfully coffee was provided in the am until it ran out. We chose a courtyard room and the noise from the many kids playing reverberated to the guest rooms above. No drawer space for clothing in the rooms. Pool was closed when arrived.

Nice, large hotel. Clean and modern. However, the sheets were scratchy and flat, as were the pillows. A surprise considering the price point. Also, $20 for parking. I expect to pay for parking in a city, but in a rural town? Especially since the parking lot was HUGE, half dirt and not secure at all. I felt taken advantage of on that one.

Stayed here for the 4th time and was great yet again. Always choose it because it’s clean, has a nice property, and is walking distance to downtown Santa Rosa. Will be back again next year.

It just so happens that the restaurant on the premises was closed for remodeling. That is an inconvenience and I might have chosen another hotel had I known this. Parking got crowded and I think that was an effort by the hotel to make more money on their valet parking. I think parking should be free for guests, especially when it is quite inconvenient.

I originally booked a room with patio but when I arrived they ended up upgrading us to a junior suite- deluxe with king size bed and jacuzzi tub at no cost. Lovely hotel! Clean and everyone was friendly and helpful.
