It was a great little place and served just the purpose we needed it for. Van, the host, was great with communication and offering activity ideas, etc. Beach wasn't far for all our little outings. All in all, a great stay! However, worth noting, when I chose to rent this listing, it did say it had a whirlpool/hot tub as well as the heated pool. When I arrived there was no hot tub and no word of said hot tub or of not having one. I do understand things happen, and its no longer in the listing, but a heads up could of went along way...it wasn't the only house on my radar. Had it been important to me I could of chose elsewhere, they could of offered to make up for it in other ways. Not saying a word and hoping we wouldn't notice when we arrived didn't leave a good taste with me. It did not ruin my trip by any means but still, ehh.And I also didn't really care for receiving a text an hour before check-in saying to click this link and pay this fee before I will receive an access/entry code. (After VRBO has already sent me an entry code via email) I was well aware of an extra "resort" fee outside of the VRBO fees, they mention it often in the listing. I would of just appreciated receiving it prior to my mid arrival travels. It was an unnecessary last minute frustration I could of went without while navigating travel. Again, it all worked out fantastically, just some things worth mentioning.
