The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check out a half hour later so we could finish packing for the airport. we were also allowed to utilize the pool area while we waited until we had to leave to drive to the airport. All the staff were very friendly and professional, and brought towels to our room when needed.

Th Spark at Hilton met all of my expectations, after reading reviews posted in Feb of 2025, I had some concerns, the staff was helpful, polite, and couldn’t have been more accommodating to make my stay comfortable , the room was very clean, the pool and pool amenities were great, as was the transportation I’ll see them next year!

Great location to beach, otherwise not great

The pros to the hotel, are its location to the beach. The hotel itself is nothing special in fact our room had mold in the shower and a sink that was clogged. I also didn’t like that anyone could enter the property and essentially walk right up to my room. The staff was very friendly and supportive, so that was a positive.

Check-in was quick and easy. The lobby looked very neat and clean. My room was wonderful clean and good location. The text I received after check-in were really nice and appreciated knowing that they were there to serve me in any way!! Check-out was just as quick and easy! Would definitely recommend this to everyone.
