Hotel is good,i enjoyed the pool. Staff was friendly,I want to said thank you to Taisha she was nice enough to register us because the the guy Juan didn't. I got two keys and only one worked,no access to wifi because I wasn't registered. Taisha fixed for us. Overall like the hotel.

Truly an amazing stay! Can't recommend this hotel enough. The hotel staff was incredible, especially one worker at breakfast that offered activity suggestions for my family to enjoy while we were in the area. The definition of hospitality, for sure! The breakfast was incredible, so many great choices and all tasted great (and we've had a few hotel breakfasts in our days). The entire space was clean, very well taken care of, and surpassed all of our expectations in many ways. We are definitely coming back, and telling all of our friends and family to do the same!

Staff was some of the best that we have experienced and room was very clean! The hotel claims to be 11 minutes walking from the beach and that isn’t accurate. The pics of the pool make it appear bigger than it actually is. The luggage dolly’s needs to be bigger and the breakfast was average.

the front staff was very nice, the pool area very nice, clean and lit. I thought water a bit to warm but kids loved it lol. the free breakfast is also a plus. very upset with the issues i was having with my key card, i must of had to come down to the desk atleast 20 times cause it wasn't opening our room door. Then i had unauthorized charges on my checkout for the food pantry and i still had to pay it!!!!

Very nice, comfortable stay..One complaint is not having a clean room everyday, i will never again stay at a hotel that doesnt have clean rooms every single day, its terrible to have to ask for towels or clean my own room.

Nice, clean property. Great people, and service. Only complaint and not much of one, is the door to balcony was real hard to ipen and shut, but other then that, loved this place. Not to mention it smelled amazing and I would love to know the scent they use. 😊
