The check-in was easy and fast. The lobby was very clean, desk attendant was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The bathroom products were refreshing. Towels were thick and soft. Good selection for breakfast. Other staff were friendly and professional. Great stay and totally recommend this hotel.

First night at hotel, I am a handicap person Which they did give me handicap room The power went out for over five hours, I was unable to use my CPAP machine, which I was unable to sleep and was up for over 24 hours. The elevators didn’t work until noon time which took me over 40 minutes to get down stairs since I was on the fifth floor of the hotel. I expect money back for my first night. I was there because it was completely unacceptable. I understand that you can’t control power however they also were very snotty over the phone as they had frequent calls and they expressed over the phone that they had frequent handicap people that were in the room and that they can’t do anything about it until they can get someone to fix the elevators and there was no guarantee it was gonna happen since it was on Thanksgiving day.

The staff was fantastic. Our room was dirty though. Soap in the bathroom. Waterbottle and other trash in the room. Ants in the bathroom. Bedding was paper thin and they gave us some extra blankets which was helpful. Other than that. Quiet. Conveniently located. Probably won’t go again.

By 6:40am on Saturday morning most of the breakfast was out on display, including utensils. However, Danielle refused to give us(myself and three other young adults, that were expected to be by 7:00am at the sporting event) plates, justifying it by “breakfast doesn’t start until 7:00am. We will not go back there. Inconsiderate, not helpful to other humans stuff.

The room was very clean, housekeeping respected the door tag asking them to come back later, breakfast was a full breakfast with different options daily but always with protein options. Also, property is well kept. Plenty of parking and quiet location and close to the Northway (I-87).

Room was good. Comfy, still a few things could be addressed by maintenance in the bathroom. However, room was spacious, beds comfy and breakfast was excellent. Picked hotel just because of pool/hot tub but they were out of service.So that was sad as it was our main reason for choosing it. There are stores and variety of restaurants near by.
