You cannot beat the location of this place. Being able to be right on Broadway at fair prices is a nice perk. Additionally, we love that it's pet friendly. We've now stayed twice with our chocolate lab and it's been great. The building itself is kind of odd, with some rooms having multiple doors but not multiple keys. There was some finagling with taking the dog out the exterior door but having to come back in through the lobby -- not always the most convenient. I wish they'd make an investment in updating those doors, then I'd have no complaints about this place!

You can't get a better location in downtown! Walkable to everything you can want/need! Balcony was beautiful and fun. Parking is convenient and safe. Would definitely recommend to others!

although advertised, there was parking for 6 cars, you had to use a parking deck. then there was an event, everyone had to move to the parking deck. was told there would be help with moving our luggage, there was none.

Check in was easy and pleasant, common area was as-pictured and expected. The room needed some touch-up paint and general refresh. All-white walls are lovely but dingy…Same for the bathroom. Location was primo and beds were comfortable.

I've stayed here several times. The location and value can't be beat!! Things to know - you must pack slippers! The floors are not carpeted or tiled. It's poured concrete. Great for cleaning, but not for warmth. The middle gathering space offers tea and coffee, or you can buy an overpriced hot beverage when you get breakfast across the street at Uncommon Grounds. (Great bagels there!) The front desk is unmanned after 9 PM, so make sure you let them know if you're going to have a late arrival!

it looked like a college dorm room to be honest. ice machine didn’t work, over $400 for one night to be put in a motel ? Was crazy. Waste of money and time :)
