Amazing!

The Hotel Saratoga was incredible! We had the best experience. The room was spacious and clean, the amenities were great, staff were so friendly, and the breakfast by Robin was delicious! The options with the breakfast condiments such as a variety of tea, almond milk (and other milk choices), honey and lemon packets for the tea were appreciated. The waffles, bagels, English muffins and toast, as well as the eggs, sausage and potatoes were soooooo good. The property was great, and we appreciated being able to bring our dog with us! Location is great, close to the state park where we walked often, as well as a quick drive to downtown. We will be staying here again on our next visit to Saratoga!!

we always comeback.

It has come a long way. I enjoy staying here, but they do need to repair some of the rooms. Such as our room, the door wouldn't shut you had to slam it. If somebody is sleeping, you are disturbing them. Put water in each room or provide it to each guest when they check in. It is a conveniently located hotel.

My stay was great. The breakfast potatoes were so yummy. The hotel has a huge area out back if you bring your furry friend so that they can have a nice walk. The snacks at the front and bar were an added bonus. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. The only small issue i had with the room was that the toilet tissue holder was not properly attached to the wall. Nothing a small screw cant fix. Thank you again for a great stay.

There was no room service, but I used Grub Hub and a local grocery store, so I ate healthy while in Saratoga Springs.

Was here tattooing at city center over the weekend and all three nights I had no hot water. Each night I was assured they would have their engineer look into it. Fact is I had to shower at a friends hotel before tattooing each day. The hotel itself was nice and other than the lack of concern from the staff over the weekend I was really bummed out that something like this happens. Definitely stay here but make sure everything works when you check in. Also had to unplug fridge to use microwave and vice versa

We arrived and just dropped our stuff in room, then left. Came back couple hours later. Only to find bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. Someone used toilet and didn’t flush. Of course we started to look around better. Went to front desk to complain and they moved us into another room without issue. The one thing that made me think this is a common issue . Was staff said this doesn’t happen too often. Shouldn’t happen at all! Makes you wonder how good of cleaning they actually do. Then next room appeared to be clean. But you have to wonder.But the door to the room was very hard to shut. This was an issue with other room too. I will not be recommending or returning to this place in the future.

Pet?

The room was fine and the staff friendly. My only complaint is that when hotels say pet friendly they exclude cats. Cats are pets too. This needs to be specified on your website and that of the hotels. We were turned down at one hotel and guilt tripped at the other. Thanks
