Terrible Stay. I stayed only for 2 nights. Room has bad odor. hotel was fully booked so i couldn’t change my room. The next night it rained heavily and the carpet was soaked ( my room was on the first floor). The next day (the day i checked out) was two bugs on the mattress. Pictures attached.

Great weekend getaway

Staff was grest. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the sites and places to eat. The free taxi service was excellent and very helpful, dropping us off and picking us up so we could leave the car. Bikes were also available.

Tragically my flight (Breeze MX263 into Charleston, SC) made an emergency landing @ JFK, NY due to loss of engine and engine fire. Due to this unforeseen event I was unable to make my rental car pick time, thus causing inability to drive to Savannah, GA for my Bluff Hotel reservation. I was informed by the Bluff that I was still being charged the high priced room rate due to my third party booking. Not only did I survive a life changing event but now am responsible for paying the exorbitant rate for a hotel that I was unable to visit. I would not recommend the Bluff due to poor customer service and uncompassionate/ unwillingly to listen staff members.

The property has been recently renovated and is perfect! For those who appreciate small, quaint, hotels this is it! Amenities are fantastic, great lobby bar with wonderful staff, drinks, bites and happy hour! Great atmosphere, staff is polite and extremely accommodating. The hotel is centrally located, close to riverfront, great restaurants, bars and shopping! Go!!! You will not be disappointed! 🤗

This is a Quality Inn that is being advertised as a Tapestry Hilton property ... But it is run down, trash can do not emptied, it sits across from the projects and they don't even offer a cup of coffee. The evening manager; Megan was the only light in a very disappointing stay. NEVER AGAIN
