Drove 12 hours to wait at the desk for 30 minutes and nobody came to check us in. As we waited we were walking around and it was dirty in the common areas with trash cans overflowing. Went to the Drury down the street and that was perfect all around.

I always stay here when visiting my grandson and each clerk has been the most welcoming and helpful except last night the front desk clerk was not polite or helpful. My son asked if he could use rest room as we were traveling over 5 hrs and she said there’s a bathroom in room as she took her time checking us in. Not pleased at all with her!
