Our air did not work in the room it was 96 deg outside. Someone was sent up to look at it and couldn’t fix it. They brought us an industrial fan that was so loud we couldn’t hear each other. They stopped responding when we asked for another room. Also, no money back or any help was given.

Parking is down the block and a big inconvenience, and you need to pay for it. Direct parking by the building is very limited. Smell of weed was a bit too much for me, but not something they can control.

The property was nice. Well kept. Staff was great! Only problem I had was with how horribly uncomfortable the bed was. That mattress was very lumpy, loud and uncomfortable. Breakfast was good too!

The power went out for 4 hours which destroyed our laptops battery. We had it confirmed at the repair shop on our return home. Cost $220 to repair and the plugs on one wall no longer worked.
