Awesome hotel!

Absolutely loved hotel bardo. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The building itself as well as the pool and seating area were beautiful. Staff was very professional and nice. Only thing I will say is the check in area was a bit tight and awkward because it was right near the elevator in a very small space. Coffee in the morning was very good. We would highly recommend hotel bardo and would definitely stay again!

Booked a night for my husband’s birthday. The hotel and room were beautiful, comfortable, and clean. We didn’t have a lot of time to enjoy the amenities but had planned on a few things, but the things we did want to do were unavailable due to private events. Hotel Bardo is a true gem. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The property is stunning—every detail feels intentional and luxurious. We didn’t have great luck.

The trip started in a room without ac (78 degrees), they opened the window and gave us a fan. The front desk would not answer my calls after I left a review the manager got involved. It wasn’t until the manager got involved that we got moved to the room next door. The new room was comfortable; however, the lights in the new room seemed to be controlled by another room. They came back on after we turned them off. So strange. The front desk attendants did not seem to know that we were given late checkout and locked us out of our room. Over all the hotel seemed nice, I think we were just unlucky. They gave us a resort credit which we did not have time to use since our trip was planned. Great location on the park.
