The room was extremely dirty. The floor was in terrible condition — you can’t even walk barefoot. There were cockroaches inside the room, which is completely unacceptable. The comforter had stains and even burn marks from cigarettes. I honestly wished I could leave and go to another hotel. Very disappointing experience.

Very unprofessional, dirty and unsafe microwave did not work and they did not have a solution also people banging on the door in the middle of the night asking for a payment when they were paid cash upon arrival and check-in just very bad and ghetto!!!!!
