The spa was relaxing, I had one of the best massages to date and I regularly receive them. The room itself was left to be desired. The furniture, wall hangings and bath fixtures are outdated. The front desk team was very welcoming and friendly.

This hotel was very high end. Our room was spacious and clean. The pool was probably my most favorite one ever. Our stay was quiet at the beginning, but keep in mind the convention center is next door. It got a little rowdy when people checked in. There is also a bit of loud industrial noise. This did not bother us, but for some it may. Loved the convenience of the free ferry minutes away. We used it often. Parking is a small walk, but we didn’t mind that either. They do offer valet if needed. Complimentary treats like cookies in the afternoon and s’mores at night were fun. Lastly, the staff here was so welcoming! We had a wonderful time.

The property has everything-restaurants, bar, golf, pool, fitness center and a free ferry back and forth across the river. They offer fresh baked cookies in the afternoon and ice cream in the evening in the lobby. There are places to sit outside by the river with a fire pit and games. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Will definitely go back.

I would not call this hotel a resort. There was no fine dining. I would compare the dining and room service to grab and go. The menus needs work. If it is going to be a resort add the amenities to go with it. I should not have to leave to enjoy it.

It was advertised on expedia as having a smoking room but it is a no smoking property which was an issue for us. The room was not ready, but staff accomodated well. They moved us to a better room w a king bed. Ordered room service coffee from coffee pot not keurig and it took 2 calls and 1 hour and 10 min to get it. Staff again accomodated and took off resort fee and parking fee from the bill. Otherwise, it was a good experience. At least staff knew how to rectify mistakes. They were very nice.

It was ok but for the price it was not worth what was paid. Your thought is the convenience of being near the convention center is worth it, however, it is not. Everything else is across the river. The one restaurant at the hotel is average at best. It is very disappointing.
