Nice and friendly

As before it was a nice friendly hotel. It is a small pool , you can relax but not really swim. It's a great size for young children.

This property is located just off Highway 35 near central Rainsville. I found the location to be quiet and safe. The staff were courteous. I had a pleasant overnight stay.

the food and staff is very nice and helpful the room are not clean pee around the toilet stuff smeared on the walls dirty thresholds the staff and food is great but the rooms are dirty

The room was OK. Bathroom was clean, but the lamp bases had not been wiped in a long time. The hallway smelled of smoke and my room smelled of urine. I wiped everything down with a sanitizing wipe which was black with grime afterwards.

Where do I start? Reserved a room for my family. He stopped us at the elevator and made us pay for an extra room! We were in a non smoking room that smelled like smoke! Me and my daughter already have breathing issues. The neighbors next door kept us awake most of the night. Lampshades had burnt cuts all in them.

Party in parking lot.

I felt uncomfortable when i came to hotel in the evening from the horseshow....I like to walk my dog but didnt because of some of the people staying there were partying in parking lot...drinking and had their large dogs with them....so went inside to room and no one was at lobby desk to complain too. Only problem I had while I was there.

My rooms had dead bugs on the floor, busted lamps and burns on the sheets and used bandages on side of mirror and used vapes in the room and used flossers on top of the mirror.

There are many lodging options in Rainsville. We were there for meetings and wanted to be close. The check-in was easy. Our room was clean and comfortable, though it was obviously an older building. Disappointed that pool was closed and gym only had two machines - one of them broken. Overall our stay was comfortable and the price was draw. Rainsville is a nice little town and close to Fort Payne.
