Bathroom was disgusting. Lots of hair in the shower and on the floor. Room smelled musty. We heard lots of noise from other guests all night long and what sounded like a dog howling for a few hours.the continental breakfast was stale cereal and pre packaged muffins.

It was nothing like the pictures. It had weeds going all around the outside. It was bright when you walked in but not clean. With the brightness and all of the white it was just dirty. Once in the room after walking down a hallway that was filthy, the room had exposed wires with no covers on them, around the AC unit you could see light from outside coming in. The room we reserved had a jacuzzi tub. Again, exposed wires near the light switch, dirty tub and the plumber’s access panel was moved to expose the pipes. Could not wait to get out of there. If we were not exhausted we would have left that night. Wouldn’t sleep under the blankets because one, the blankets were dirty looking, and two, the AC unit didn’t cool the room that much. Water pressure was terrible. If I had my name associated with this facility I would be embarrassed.

The staff was very friendly and quick to respond but the property overall is a dump. The pool area was 120 degrees and dirty. The 1st room they gave me was on the 3rd floor and as soon as we exited the elevator it immediately smelled like someone has been smoking there for years. Our room might have been ground zero. It was disgusting
