Just spent one night as attended the exciting Clippers/Warriors game at Intuit Inglewood and visiting son who works in Garden Grove. Easy walking distance to Main St and the pier where we took in the ocean. Hotel is pirched above the parking lot on a busy street where can hear cars whiz by on PCH if you have your sliding door open. We got pizza from New York Slice on Main but probably should have got cheesesteaks next door. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good lil breakfast area (coffee not strong enough but we normally grind own beans at home), good overall value for the price. Definitely did the job and would stay here again.

There was a young homeless man smoking a meth pipe and a tobacco ciggerette in the hot tub. He was wearing street clothes in the water and was eventually escorted out by security. The security worker was amazing. He asked me to make a note for management about the door that stays open and allows the homeless population to enter the hotel area. He's right. That door should have no way to stay propped open the way it was. Otherwise , fine stay for what we needed.
