This hotel is in a nice area and walking distance from downtown seaside, it's also very clean. The biggest issue we had was the bed. It was terrible. I hate when hotels use soft beds, its bad for your back and neck, and we did not sleep well either night we were there. We also heard the people on the second floor every time they moved. We could hear their footsteps, when the toilet flushed, when they turned the shower on, everything!

God property needs taller toilets, I’m 6’2” and 61 yrs old it’s a little hard to get up and down on toilet. But that’s the only negative I have to say.

Got a room with a hot tub for my husband & I and it was SO AWESOME!! We were SO close to the beach!! You just walk a couple blocks and you’re on the beach. Plus the room looked out over the river that runs off of it and the office ladies were SUPER NICE & Helpful ALWAYS!! Didn’t care for the maid. Super picky about trading in towels & bedding even though that meant that she didn’t have to clean our room!?? She also was mean mugging & talking crap about my husband & I because we weren’t completely out of the room on time & was stressing! But the lady up front was awesome & SUPER UNDERSTANDING! 😎
