This was our second fall/winter trip where we stayed at Rivertide...we will be back for a third. The staff are nice, the rooms clean, and location is right and spacious too. The only critique we have is the breakfast. We're glad they offer breakfast but think it could benefit from a little upgrade. Nonetheless we certainly recommend you consider giving this spot a shot.

The room was clean and the staff was very nice. The coffee pot was fairly awful. It was tiny and made coffee that did not taste good. Nice shower with a jetted tub and all the ammenities for a suite. We had a studio suite which is very small...but cute.

The rooms were clean and well accommodated. The staff were absolutely lovely. The location was perfect for walking around to shops and the beach. We got lucky with going the night of seaside’s holiday parade and the hotel was right at start of the parade route. Looking forward to our next stay already!

Wife and I stayed for 5 nights and we enjoyed our visit. Downtown was just a few minutes walk from this hotel. There was ample parking and we felt safe and secure. Breakfast didn't offer very much however we had a full kitchen to fix our meals and the area has several very nice restaurants. We'd be happy to stay here again.

The cleaning was poor; there was a lot of hair in the bathroom, all over the place. The frying pans had deep scratches on the coating, which can be harmful if damaged. The elevator wasn't working, and I had to carry my things down from the fourth floor...

Spacious room with full kitchenette, fireplace (electric), balcony, separate bedroom, large bathroom. Everything was clean and in good condition. The room had good noise isolation too, we could hear the hallway a bit, but didn't hear our neighbors at all. The staff was communicative and helpful. They texted ahead of our arrival to check if we needed any accommodations. We were also offered a room upgrade. The one thing I'd caution - the tap water in Seaside is questionable (poor tasting), so plan to pick up some drinking water from the grocery store if you're sensitive to that sort of thing.
