Hiljattain uusittu ja mukava pohjakerroksen osakehuoneisto aivan Necanicum-joen varrella ja vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Convention Centeristä, keskustasta ja rannalta. Hyvällä maulla sisustettu kaikki kodin mukavuudet, kuten king-vuode makuuhuoneessa, queen-vuode toisessa makuuhuoneessa ja täysi kylpyamme ammeella / suihku-yhdistelmällä. Kolmas makuuhuoneessa on 2 kaksoset. Olohuoneessa on mukavat istuimet, joissa on TV / DVD-soitin. Keittiö on täysin varustettu, mukaan lukien astianpesukone, jossa on ruokailuhuone ja oma suljettu patio. Ilmainen internetyhteys. This was a gem for our last-minute before-school-starts escape to the coast! The condo is just as pictured and even better in person with quality finishes and appliances as well as thoughtful supplies and equipment. Super clean and fresh! We stayed for just 2 nights with our two older teens and dog but easily could have stayed longer in comfort. The location is only several minutes walk to the turnaround in a residential area. The property has nicely maintained grassy areas for furry friends and is across from a very walkable stretch of the Necanicum River. The only suggestion would be for a slightly smaller dining set - it’s a bit cramped for the space. Otherwise, we loved it and highly recommend!!!

Place is great

It was great- a few things- it did have a hibt of dog pee smell but even though we didnt have any animals- we love dogs so it didnt bother us much. Also- there was some doggy hair in places and the bed is starting to sag but overall - place was perfect- planty of everything- good spot and affordable. Loves our stay

Family fun at the beach

The property was conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. We had a great time! We forget a laptop bag when we left. The manager contacted me and met me after hours to return it. Thank you for going out of your way for us!

Add some TLC

I was disappointed that another unit was not offered to us since so much plumbing had to be done over two days at the Unit we were in. The rack in the bottom of the dishwasher is not the correct one and that was a hassle to work with. I did not use the suitcase holder in the master bedroom because when I pulled it flat, I could see it was about to pull away from the wall, so I did not use it. I did not use the tub/shower off the master bedroom as the plumber (very nice guy) left a muddy mess in the bottom of the tub and my bad back would not allow me to stretch and turn to clean it out so I could use it. Someone from the facility should use a leaf blower daily in front of the doors during the fall. It was not hazardless, but just looked tacky. Overall I loved the decor and the themed furnishings, and the beds were comfortable. Again, TLC could turn this from an ordinary rental to a spectacular rental.

Great accommodation for our family of six. Apartment was a good size, including the bedrooms with plenty of storage and two bathrooms is a must for our family. I love the close proximity to the beach, downtown tourist strip, restaurant options etc. It was a quiet even though it was our Spring Break and we had easy access to this apartment. The outdoor area (we had a ground floor apartment) was a nice bonus and provides a gate to the car park too. The neighbourhood is a quaint seaside town and getting around on foot or car was no issue (off season, summer may be different for parking in the town!). We have no complaints about this accommodation and would stay here again.

Great place for the family

Lovely quiet 4 blocks from beach

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely three bedroom apartment. It's fully equipped, quiet, beautifully decorated and close to everything. Will definitely book again.

Work trip

Attended a conference at the conference center. Our condo was within walking distance which was nice. So much better than a shared hotel room for close to the same price. Just FYI, the puzzle of Seaside is missing a lot of pieces. Will definitely stay there again for future conferences.

We had a great time visiting Seaside. My only comments about the condo are knit-picky...the dinning room clock needs a new battery and the remote for the fireplace is partially broken. Otherwise it was a nice spot to stay. Everyone slept well.

This is great condo in a great location

This was a great condo in a great location. Just a short walk to the beach or to all the fun things that there is to do in seaside. Parking was great! It had lots of things you would need for your vacation like beach chairs, dishes, pots and pans, and a few food essentials. We enjoyed our stay! The only negative was that it could have been cleaner.

It was a good place

It was a good place to stay. I would rent there again, just a couple of things that need attention. I did not like how we got the code for the door though. The codes are out in the open, where people could walk up and take them. No ID check, or even asking for our names. That did not sit well with me. There were a couple of things broken, such as the sliding glass door screen, and the fan vent over the stove. The people that used the twin beds said they were very uncomfortable.

Cute condo close to beach

This condo was great for our group because it has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops which was nice. It's a downstairs unit so the noise is subject to who is above you and we happen to have a loud toddler running around but nothing anyone can do about that. The condo also came equipped with everything we needed. The only things that weren't great were the cleaning crew didn't do a great job, we found sunflower seeds under the coffee table that thankfully my dog didn't see first, a dirty towel behind the door, and personal items left behind. The other thing is the mattresses are about 5 years past being soft from wear and tear and killed our backs but I'm sure others would love that. The check in area is a little sketch so don't expect much, they are not friendly or welcoming but they gave us what we needed. I could sum it up by saying manage your expectations and enjoy this cute place!
