Lia and Jenny were the two employees I had interacted with. Lia kindly checked us in early and Jenny had great city info we needed. I highly recommend them for this!! We also received a greater vip amount than what was promised at the bbq place in the parking lot. And the food was great! The only area I can see improvement is the bed. A firmer bed (option) would have been perfect. Our bed was soft and my hubby is a big boy, we were like taco meat in the center of the bed.

Loved the courtesy bus to and from airport! Bed was very comfortable!! Room was clean and comfortable! Breakfast was nice. Very friendly, and loved the restaurant bar next door!!

Stay here just for SHARP's Roast House....

Convenient, right by the airport. The restaurant SHARP's ROAST HOUSE across the street is THE BEST! Stay here for that alone... the portions are gigantic. Convenience is the key here: right by the airport, free shuttle and great food.

Property is close to the hotel so it is walkable. There is also a shuttle bus that goes to/from airport every 20min. The hotel staff allowed us to checkin to our room early so we could tour the city.

Staying pre-cruise

We needed to fly to Seattle a day early to ensure we board the cruise ship on time. There are not many flights from our city of residence that fly to Seattle. We could fly to other cities and change planes and maybe still arrive in time for the cruise but considering the state of a sure bet flying on time without delays due to weather, glitches or just plain unforeseen problems, we don’t wish to tempt the fate of the Gods. The booking was easy, catching the shuttle bus from the airport was easy, the check-in smooth and friendly, the main lobby clean and spacious. The elevator was fine, the room clean and decently appointed. One great point is we can not hear any planes taking off or landing even though the hotel is fairly close to the airport. Two strange items of interest…the TV on the wall is not centered but in line with the space next to the bed, which is great for watching if you are sitting on the night stand. Next is the shower/tub, which is peculiar in that the far end is encased by a wall all around it. When I first walked I thought the area was a small shower but it is a full tub/shower with a glass shower door on the right and solid wall covering the right side. The bed is comfortable and there are two chairs to sit in rath There is a good restaurant across the entrance which is a bit pricey but good service and food. The Seattle Express shuttle comes right to the door of the hotel to drive you to the cruise terminal at a better price than through the cruise line.
