Never will I stay here again. The manager was sassy and rude when I questioned the parking rate after the lady who checked me in did not relay the parking rate to me for Master Lot B. I will never recommend this trashy hotel again.

Good location and shuttle works for airport. Staff is very nice and helpful. My issue is that the TV never works because it shows no signal and when I asked was told that you have to do this whole choosing channel and redirect. I asked for them to put instructions in the room for next time and they said that management did not want to do that. Then how about programming the TVs properly?!

this is not a nine rating more like a seven. It’s the little things first we were on the fifth floor ice machine on the fourth floor no sign as to where it was difficult to find particularly when you’re tired too. This was big. I messaged them through hotels.com on October 6 saying we needed one room handicap they said they never got the message and there were no handicap rooms available when we checked in on the 15th. I don’t know if hotels com messed up or if the hotel did but that was very frustrating. Third thing was the temperature very difficult to get it comfortable either too hot or too cold. I’d say it’s a 3 Star Pl. but the review on hotels.com gave it a 9+ no way sorry the staff was very nice breakfast. OK not fabulous but OK room is clean. Beds were comfortable location very good but it’s only a three star.
