when I first arrived the sheet was stained, the carpet was stained. Once I notified the hotel, it was fixed immediately. Eggs at breakfast did not taste like eggs. Powdered? Staff was very helpful. Difficult to roll luggage on loose carpet downstairs.

The room was fine. No complaints. There was a tall male working the late afternoon and evening that was very friendly and helpful. Someone needs to take a carpet stretcher down the carpeted area of the first floor and remove the ridge that goes pretty much the length of the hallway.

Clean room, spacious breakfast area, good breakfast selection, and only one clueless evening receptionist (Michael) who couldn't care less about helping us know how to turn on the hot tub bubbles until I pressed him to find out WHO knows!! He was so damn comfortable with his damn feet up and absorbed into his damn phone to really show ANY care to help the people who pays his wages, the Customers!!
