Beautiful, busy highrise hotel with helpful and attentive staff. Unfortunately, there are blocks of shuttered businesses nearby with homeless sleeping in doorways. Open drug use.

Nice

It was very nice. The rooms are nice and clean and very spacious. Parking is a pain it says free parking but you are not told where free parking is and the only have valet. Maybe you can park somewhere around the city but the information says free parking and there wasn't any. The 2nd floor has a restuarant which is good and there is a lot of food places around the hotel.

Great comfortable stay

The room was very spacious with a nice view. Everything appears new. Very clean as well and the staff was very nice. Loved the elevator system which opens for your key card. Despite it being very busy the front desk was very accommodating even to hold our luggage. We did not try the restaurant but it was nice we had a nice breakfast at the restaurant. Very convenient to have one in the hotel in case you are too tired to go walking for a meal. Very spacious and bright eating area. The area was fine, walkable to Pikes and the wharf, not the Needle. As others reviewers stated, there are unhoused people you encounter occasionally, some of them appear to be severely addicted, as is the case in most cities and towns in AMerica. This did not dampen our experience of the area nor the city nor did it feel unsafe to walk around. The walking was fine even for people like us not used to doing alot of walking and on inclined streets. Had a couple of nice restaurants very close in addition to Pikes. Take a taxi from the airport, the ride share was $75 vs the flat rate of $45 from the airport.

Food sucks, very over priced and to top it off they force you to pay 18 on top of that for a tip. no coffee, so you will need to go to the hotel next door to get some. Room service never came. It’s over priced The room was nice but that was about it!
