This was our second stay, and it was amazing again. We chose to come back because of the breakfast buffet and proximity to the Light rail station. Room was clean, and staff was super nice. Will be coming back again.

Staff at night was really horrible couldn't fix a problem for laundry room If dryer isn't working there should be a sign letting us know wasted 2 hours of sleep because of it staff couldn't even reenverse for the inconvenience ar help out All what they said it was theres nothing they can do plus machines were 3rd party As a guess really bad experience

We liked the location and how quiet it was, but their customer service was absolutely terrible. The worst check in experience I’ve ever had. Won’t be staying here again any time soon. Unwelcoming and rude staff.

2nd Time Stay

2nd time staying at this hotel. We enjoy the suite-style rooms and made-to-order omelets. It seems like they were short staffed or new because the front desk had trouble with their check in process and key cards that didnt work and the breakfast was unstocked at several stations.

Not the Embassy Suites I am used to.

The hot tub was broken the entire stay. Every morning they said the part to fix it had not arrived. The "heated" pool was freezing cold, and when I inquired I was fed a line about it being cool because it was salt water... The pool was also run down and the marcite was peeling horribly. The music in the pool area was nonstop Christmas music... in March. The breakfast was lackluster for an Embassy Suites. There was very little hot food on offer making it feel more like the free breakfast at a Comfort Inn. Embassy Suites used to have the best breakfast in the biz. The room was comfortable but dated, and the overall vibe of the hotel was "this place used to be really nice". It needs paint and polish. Even the elevators had cracked paneling on the floors.
